We do not simply post your property and resort and hope for results. We also contact people who have taken or expressed interest in timeshare vacation packages and for one reason or another (financial restrictions, absent spouse or additional decision maker, etc.) did not purchase one. Most of these people do not realize there is a secondary resale market for this type of property or simply do not have computer access. We also target current owners of timeshare properties who are some of the most likely buyers. Statistically over 40% of timeshare owners who have owned for 8 years have purchased additional properties within that time.
When placing an ad please remember that YOU are selling your timeshare property. The price you paid may not be the price in today's resale or rental market. Be prepared, and have all your documents in order and accessible at all times. Remember that if someone contacts you it means that they are specifically interested in YOUR property and probably ready to make a purchase or rental according to their requirements. Make it an enjoyable experience for you and your prospective tenants or buyers. All calls, emails or inquiries from any legitimate source from buyers, renters, or their Agents (Real Estate Brokers/ Travel Agents (Affiliates or non-affiliates)will be forwarded in a timely manner to our current customers. We realize that any delays could be detrimental to a sale or successful rental Agreement. Buyers, sellers, and renters, will personally agree on a price, as would be expected in a For Sale/For rent by Owner program such as ours. After accepting an offer from the buyer, we will refer the principal parties to a title company and an appropriate finance Company, if necessary, specializing in timeshares and Vacation Properties, to perform all the contract services and closing procedures. There are also companies that can provide financial assistance.
