Vacation Property Trader - Property Details

DISCLAIMER: Vacation Property Trader, Inc. (VPT) dba ResortVP operates an advertising company specializing in timeshares and shared vacation property. VPT does not itself engage in real estate broker services and therefore does not sell or rent property. However, VPT can refer customers to ResortVP Realty or any other licensed broker to provide whatever real estate brokerage services are necessary, if requested. The terms of any agreement between a real estate broker/agent and the customer are not endorsed, or recommended by VPT. If a customer accepts the services of a real estate broker/agent, a transaction fee, commission, and/or closing costs may be charged to either the buyer and/or seller. Customers can be referred to ResortVP Travel in order to facilitate travel and booking arrangements with Timeshare resorts, car rental agencies, site-seeing tour operators, and other services which may be requested by travelers, including timeshare owners, buyers and renters. ResortVP Travel is an independent travel agent working under the Florida travel license of Global Travel International, Inc. (CSP2043947-4O FLSOT #20734). There is no guarantee that any timeshare period can be rented or sold at any particular price or within any particular period of time. All inquiries submitted by prospective buyers are sent directly to the timeshare owner or the owner's designated real estate broker. Due to privacy concerns, direct contact information for owners is not available on VPT's website. Advertisers are entitled to a refund of the Advertising fee if they provide VPT with written notice within three (3) business days from the day we receive the signed contract.

Beware of solicitations by companies and individuals who represent that they are part of ResortVP. If you are a customer, check with us prior to sending money to anyone else. In times of economic downturns, timeshares may suffer worse than average declines in price. Most timeshares are a depreciating item and very rarely are timeshares valued above their initial purchase price. Purchasers of advertising and promotional services are encouraged not to rely only on verbal representations by sales people. Purchasers are also encouraged to read carefully all disclosures and customer agreements prior to signing; and to understand the terms, conditions, limitations and warranties provided by such Agreements. Customers must provide correct information to Resort VP regarding ownership, terms, conditions and usage for better results via advertising and promotion. ResortVP will not be responsible nor refund monies for any advertising based on incorrect information supplied by owners to ResortVP. Fees required are for purposes of advertising. No upfront fees are required for closing or title expenses. Purchasers are advised not to send advance monies to any individuals or companies for closing or escrow fees or “security” fees of any kind

Pursuant to F.S. § 721.20(9)(a), the ratio of the number of timeshare interests for sale versus the number of timeshare interests sold by ResortVP is zero for each of the previous two calendar years. Because ResortVP is an Advertising Compoany and does not sell or rent or promise to sell or rent properties it does not as a normal routine obtain, track or keep records of sales resulting from its timeshare property advertising.
